Transgender Health Benefits

Does your policy cover the cost of counseling, hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery? A number of insurers include transgender health benefits in their policies, and the cost of these added benefits is low because only an estimated 0.3% of the population identifies as transgender so use of these benefits is minimal.
