National Insurance Awareness Day 2026

Today is not a national holiday but is informally designated as a day to take note of insurance. This is because many insurance policies renew on July 1. While the day was initiated primarily for consumers, businesses can use this as a prompt to review their business owner (BOP) policy, insurance for business vehicles, cyber liability coverage, and other policies.
