Reminder: If you are an employer with a group health plan that provides “creditable prescription drug coverage” to employees who are Medicare-eligible, you must make an annual disclosure about it to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS). Creditable coverage means it’s at least as good as Part D Medicare drug coverage. The disclosure requirement applies whether the coverage is primary or secondary to Medicare. The deadline is March 1, 2025. The disclosure form is at CMS.gov. #IdeaoftheDay
