The New Opportunities for Business Ownership and Self-Sufficiency (NO BOSS) Act (H.R. 8605) is designed to encourage entrepreneurship for those who are unemployed. Instead of being steered toward finding a job, unemployed workers would get help in starting a business. The measure would make improvements to the current Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program designed to encourage greater usage in the states (currently only Delaware, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island use the SEA program). #IdeaoftheDay
