Employee Retention Is Up

That’s the finding of the Eagle Hill Consulting Employee Retention Index for Q2 2024. It’s projecting “a period of high retention” in the second half of 2024. According to a Gallup, 2023 saw 16% of employees leave their jobs for better pay or benefits. Gallup also found that one out of two employees were open to leaving their jobs. The Eagle Hill index shows a better result for employers in 2024. #IdeaoftheDay
