Employer Tax Credits Ending September 30

September 30 is the last day for the COBRA assistance credit and the COVID-19-related paid sick leave and paid family leave credits. This means that the credits apply only on Form 941 filed for the third quarter of 2021. The employee retention credit is set to run through December 31, 2021, but the infrastructure bill moving through Congress would limit the credit to Q3 2021. #IdeaoftheDay
