Limits on non-compete agreements?

An Executive Order “encourages” the FTC to “curtail the unfair use of non-compete clauses …that unfairly limit worker mobility.” Does this mean you can no longer use non-compete agreements? The order merely encourages government oversight, but doesn’t mandate. Nonetheless, be sure to have any non-compete agreement reviewed by an attorney.  #IdeaoftheDay
