DOL Overtime Rule

The U.S. Department of Labor issued a Final Rule on overtime pay. The rule increases the weekly maximum wages that employees can receive while still being covered by the overtime rule. Effective January 1, 2020, the standard salary level increases to $684 per week ($35,568 annually), which is up from $455 per week ($23,660 annually).
