This is a technology that arose from bitcoin technology. It offers greater security than traditional technology because transaction entries can’t be altered or erased. Financial institutions are exploring the use of blockchain but when or if we’ll see its use is uncertain. Note: Don’t be confused with a bitcoin site called Blockchain.
