Several years ago the NLRB issued a notice rule requiring employers to post information about employee rights to organize and other workplace rights. Two federal appeals courts enjoined the NLRB from enforcing this rule. In January, the NLRB decided not to appeal the ruling. However, the NLRB continues to show this rule on its site, but posting is voluntary.
