Today new USPS rates go into effect for Parcel Select and Priority Mail International. Prices are decreasing for certain zones using Parcel Select. For Priority Mail International, new zones take effect, which will increase the cost. Basic Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are not affected. Find a guide to the new rates at Stamps.com. (The rates had been set to be effective on April 26 but were delayed until today.)
