Manta’s Small Business Holiday Survey shows that only about 23% of companies are planning to hire new employees this holiday season. Nearly half (48.76%) that do hire are paying the same hourly wages as last year. Of those hiring, 65% are looking for full-time employees; only 35% are taking on part-timers.
