DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program announced a proposed rule that is designed to “align requirements with current law and legal interpretations.” This proposed rule would impact small employers that do business with the federal government. Issues covered in the proposed rule are compensation discrimination against women, sexual harassment, and failure to provide workplace accommodations for pregnant workers.
