No advertising on W-2s

You can include your trade name, trademark, service mark or symbol (but not a logo) of your company on substitute W-2s issued to your employees. You can’t include advertising, slogans, or logos. Doing this (providing an incorrect W-2) can result in a penalty of $50 per W-2.
