EHarmony, the dating site, is launching Elevated Careers, which seeks to match hiring managers with job seekers. Beta will begin in December; the full launch is expected in 2015. The differentiator of this site with other jobs sites: eHarmony hopes to employ its matching abilities for better job satisfaction, and thus, employee retention.
