Keeping™ adds helpdesk functionalities to any Gmail or Google App email accounts. It allows you and your team to manage customer support more efficiently directly from your current mailbox without having to use an external helpdesk. Currently in beta, the service is free; after beta there will be a cost for those using the service beyond a free tier.
