AON Hewitt earlier this year predicted that 93% of companies would focus more on the financial wellness of employees (beyond retirement plans). This means offering tools and resources beyond information (e.g., investment advisors and financial planners, online games, and apps). As competition for talented new employees heats up, small businesses will be challenged to provide financial wellness programs being offered by their larger counterparts.
