FreshBooks, a cloud-based accounting solution for small businesses, now has a feature enabling customers to give feedback when paying an invoice. If the feedback is positive (9 or 10/10), the review can then be shared to Facebook. The feature also prompts customers to ask if they can recommend this service to someone they know.
