The Kauffman/LegalZoom Startup Confidence Index reported the best results for Q2 2013 since the index began at the start of 2012. Confidence that the economy will improve or stay the same was up 10% over confidence in the first quarter of this year. Startup owners age 18 to 30 were the most confident of any age group.
