According to Credit.com, the top 3 were: Fidelity Investment Rewards American Express (with 2% back on all purchases), Capital One Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card (with 1.5% back on all purchases), and American Express Blue Cash Rewards (with 1% back on most purchases and up to 6% of select purchases).
