The Tax Foundation’s index shows that the best 5 states are WY, SD, NV, AK, and FL. The worst: NJ, NY, CA, MN, VT, and RI. The rankings take into account corporate, individual, sales, and property tax as well as unemployment insurance (which is essentially a tax).
