Bigwig Games Inc., headed by serial entrepreneur Gary Hoover, has launched Restaurant Bigwig for the iPad in the Apple store. The game uses real industry data. Cost: $3.99. The company is planning 100 additional business simulation games for other industries. (FYI: I’m an investor.)
